Description:
Neon Racer is a single-player VR game about building an exciting and energetic feeling in the player. The player controls a futuristic bike as they attempt to dodge the hazardous environment as well as collecting the boosts which will increase their speed and give them a multiplier to their score. The environment is based on the hit film 'Tron'.
History:
In August 2023, a trio of university students gathered together to create a game for a company known as 'Liminal VR'. Despite many rejected ideas and built-up frustration eventually the 'Neon Racer' idea was born! The game was planned, programmed and tested by the trio of students and is now ready to be released independently onto itch.io while still being updated to be added to the Liminal VR catalogue.
